1. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-in time is 15:00 p.m, check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Please note that for late check-in after 20:00 p.m. there is an additional charge of 10 EUR per booking.

2. PAYMENT
We accept payment in cash, by wire transfer or by credit card, EUR or RON equivalent according to the Romanian National Bank exchange rate of the day, during check-in procedure. You can pay by credit card if you specified this payment method before arrival to the apartment. After check-in and payment we cannot make refunds. In case of no-show, or early check-outs we do not make refunds, and the credit card will be charged for the whole period of your reservation.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 10 days or less before check in date we will charge you 1 room night price for each room booked.
If you cancel 11 days or more before check in date the cancellation charge will be 5% of the total booking price, but not more than 1 room night price for each room booked.

4. USER PRIVACY
Our company will not disclose any of the information gathered from you during reservation procedure. Your information is safe and secure with us, and we will not give any third party any of your contact info.

5. RENTAL PERIOD
The minimuml rental period is 2 days. For 1 day rental please contact us close to the date you arrive in Bucharest, or even in the same day.

6. IDENTIFICATION
Our staff can request further means of identification, due to the fact that usually no deposit is required for possible damages to the apartment. In this case you agree to provide our staff with further identification data such as passport or ID no.

7. VALID RESERVATION
When you click the "Submit" button you will send a reservation request to us. We will answer in less than 12 hours, most of the times in less than 1 hour. To have a valid reservation two conditions must be met:
a. You receive a confirmation email confirming the apartment is available.
b. You respond to the confirmation email in less than 24 hours.
In most cases the apartment will still be available even if more than 24 hours have passed. However, please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee the reservation for longer than 24 hours unless email, phone or SMS confirmation is received.

8. BREAK OF STATE LAWS
The Client is responsible for any violation of romanian laws, and will pay all fines or any other fees consequent to his unapropriate behavior in or outside the rented apartment.

9. IN CASE OF KEYLOSS
In case the client loses the keys from the apartment a charge of 50 EUR will be applied for changing the lock.

10. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
Due to the fact that each apartment is unique in its design, furniture, location and facilities, the client should understand that under certain circumstances that are not controlled by us (natural disaster, earthquake, flooding, war, fire, public incidents, building malfunction, etc) the apartment booked might not be available at the requested date. In this case we will offer you similar accommodation at the same price, considering we can provide some at the moment.

11. By agreeing to these terms and completing the reservation you have signed an electronic contract with our company with the above terms and conditions.
